“La habitación sin aire acondicionado con un ventilador de pared en una sola zona y todas las zonas no exitia el aire teniendo placas solares en todo el hotel, éramos 4 personas donde pasamos mucho calor. No existe las toallas de piscina pagas 15 euros por toallas de depósito y cuando la regresa para el lavado 1 euros cuando pague por un todo incluido, me parece vergonzoso. La comida no es muy variada y calidad no era muy buena. Por otro lado, todo el personal del hotel son muy atentos y……

The service was outstanding, and the entire staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, especially the ladies at the reception, who were always kind and welcoming. Nothing was ever too much trouble. “This hotel was so much bigger and better than I expected. What we paid did not reflect how amazing this holiday was. Absolute bargain. The spa is great and all the staff are so lovely. The kind man at reception who helped us when my friend hurt her ankle and arranged transport for us ❤️ the food was fabulous and was different everyday. Something for everyone. “We stayed at this hotel expecting a 4-star experience, but unfortunately it fell well below our expectations. The biggest issue was the lack of air conditioning in the rooms. It was extremely hot, making it very difficult to sleep. When we raised this with reception, we were simply told to open the window, which only resulted in bugs coming into the room. We also spoke to other guests who said they were experiencing the same problem, so it clearly wasn’t an isolated issue. The rooms also……

“It was an amazing hotel, very clean and well air conditioned. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Our room looked even better than the photos and we had a lovely view of the sea! Overall a really nice stay and I recommend it!”

“L'hotel est partagé sur 2 sites coupés par le parking. La partie "adults only" n'est donc pas en bordure immédiate de la plage. Tout est fait pour que l'on se sente bien... Sauf que notre chambre etait en bordure directe de la route (séparée par une simple paillasse verticale) et donc environnement bruyant (bus, voitures, motos, sans oublier les pietons). Sauf que les personnes logées dans les chambres situées derrière la notre devaient emprunter un chemin longeant notre terrasse et donc……

Hemos tenido la mala suerte de que hubiese obras justo al lado pero obviamente esto no es responsabilidad del hotel. Destacar también que las actividades estaban más orientadas al público de habla inglesa y alemana. Por lo demás, una estancia recomendable.”
